The creation of inJoy Bake Shop is a dream come true for Jill and Melissa.
They first got excited about opening a bakery together after getting to know each
other while working
on a school fundraiser.
They realized they both shared a passion for baking and worked well together,
and shortly thereafter, inJoy Bake Shop was born. Seeing an opportunity presented by the unexceptional
dessert choices at local coffee shops, the two set out to replace mediocrity with over-the-top, lip-smacking
treats.

As Melissa and Jill began to create the vision of what inJoy Bake Shop would look like, they saw that their mission needed to be twofold. First, they would create delicious desserts and breakfast items with fresh, natural ingredients. Second, inJoy Bake Shop would give back to the community, both monetarily and through community action.
